“The AS5160TO is the AS5160 with an orbital deck and a drive motor. That makes it a good fit for hotels, restaurants, lobbies and stores that scrub smooth floors every day and want to use less water and chemical doing it. The orbital pad doesn't spin like a disc, the drive does the pushing, and the deck raises and lowers on its own, so it is an easy machine to hand to a new operator.
All three packages are the same scrubber with the same 16-gallon tanks. The difference is batteries. The 130 Ah wet set is the standard choice and charges onboard. The 140 Ah AGM set also charges onboard and needs no watering. The TPPL package uses sealed TPPL batteries with a separate shelf charger.”
A 20-inch orbital walk-behind scrubber with traction drive
The Viper AS5160TO is the orbital version of Viper's AS5160 walk-behind automatic floor scrubber. Instead of a spinning disc, its 20 in (51 cm) orbital deck vibrates the pad at 2,200 rpm, and Viper says the orbital version saves water and detergent. It adds a traction drive and automatic raising and lowering of the scrub deck, and it carries the same 16-gallon (61 L) solution and recovery tanks and 31 in squeegee as the disc model. Use it for daily scrubbing of hard floors in hotels, lobbies, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It runs on a 24 V system of two 12 V batteries.

Reading the model numbers: Viper lists the two standard packages as AS5160TO 130 Ah Wet Batteries (56394138) and AS5160TO 140 Ah AGM Batteries (56394139). Both include a 24 V onboard charger. The TPPL package uses the same scrubber with TPPL batteries and a 25 A shelf charger.
