“The CarpetMaster 215 is the middle size in Clarke's 200 Series dual-motor uprights, and its 14.5-inch path is a sensible all-round width for schools, hospitals, government buildings and fitness centers that mix open rooms with furnished ones. A dedicated 350-watt brush motor runs the brush while a separate 1,000-watt two-stage motor handles suction, so agitation and airflow work independently, and the brush stops when you pull the wand.
What stands out is where Clarke put the vacuum motor: down in the base. That keeps the handle light for an operator vacuuming a full shift. The HEPA exhaust filter is standard, the quick-draw wand with crevice and upholstery tools lives on board, and the bright bag light makes it obvious when to change the bag or check for a clog.
The trade-off is that it sits in the middle. If most of your rooms are packed with desks, the 11.5-inch 212 fits between them more easily, and if the job is mostly long corridors, the 17.5-inch 218 covers more floor per pass.”

The Clarke CarpetMaster 215 is a dual-motor commercial upright vacuum with a 14.5-inch (36.8 cm) cleaning path. A 1,000-watt, two-stage vacuum motor and a separate 350-watt brush motor run independently, giving 92 inches of water lift and 93 cfm with a dual-row chevron nylon brush at 2,800 rpm. The vacuum motor sits in the base for a lighter handle, and the brush stops when the wand is in use.
Filtration combines a 2-ply paper bag with 4.2-quart capacity, a motor protection filter and a standard HEPA exhaust filter. A quick-draw wand with a 4:1 stretch hose, crevice tool and upholstery tool is stored on board, and a full bag/clog light, tool-free brush change and cog-style sealed belt keep upkeep simple. It runs on a 50-foot safety-yellow cord, is rated at 69 dBA and weighs 21.3 lb with the cord.
