“The TFC 400 is a touch-free cleaning system for restrooms, locker rooms and other hard-surface areas where mopping and wiping just move soil around. It sprays cleaning solution at 400 psi to loosen grime from floors, fixtures and walls, then vacuums the dirty solution back into a recovery tank.
Capacity is what stands out. A 20-gallon solution tank and 13-gallon recovery tank let an operator work through several restrooms before refilling, and 25-foot hoses reach into stalls without moving the machine. The open dual chemical system accepts any bottle, and the removable tool caddy, wet floor sign holder and squeegee wand keep everything on one cart. With the optional carpet wand it can also extract carpet.
The trade-off is footprint and setup. At 86 pounds with two tanks and hoses, it takes more room and more prep than a mop bucket, so it makes the most sense where restrooms get a thorough daily cleaning. For quick touch-ups between full cleanings, a mop is still faster.”

The Clarke TFC 400 is a touch-free all-purpose cleaner that sprays cleaning solution at 400 psi from the spray tip and vacuums it back up. It carries a 20-gallon (75.7 L) solution tank and a 13-gallon (49.2 L) recovery tank, and its 25-foot solution and recovery hoses store on the machine. Clarke positions it for restrooms, locker rooms, garages, hallways and walk-off mats.
A 2-stage, 900 W vacuum motor delivers 81 inches of water lift and 97 cfm of airflow, and the vacuum exhaust doubles as a blower with an optional 15-foot hose. An open dual chemical system accepts any bottle type. A removable tool caddy, wet floor sign holder, squeegee wand and detachable GFCI cord are standard, and the motor and pump sit on a tools-free removable palette.
