“The Liberty SC60 is Nilfisk's large-scale autonomous scrubber: a 28-inch ride-on machine running Brain Corp's BrainOS navigation. It is aimed at big indoor spaces such as airports, large retail centers, warehouses, convention centers and hospitals, where long scrubbing routes repeat every day and staff time is better spent elsewhere.
What stands out is the scale. A 26.1-gallon solution tank and 27.7-gallon recovery tank give about 2.5 hours between dump and refill, and Nilfisk rates a charge at 4.5 to 5.5 hours depending on the application. Operators teach it with CopyCat, link up to six recorded plans per location tag with Multi-Plan, or drive it in Manual mode. It runs at 57 dB(A), and TextAssist sends performance updates to operators' phones.
The trade-off is size. It needs a 74-inch aisle to turn around in manual mode, and autonomous routes are limited to 2% grades. For mid-size facilities, the 20-inch Liberty SC50 is the better-sized autonomous option.”

The Nilfisk Liberty SC60 is an autonomous ride-on scrubber dryer built on Brain Corp's BrainOS navigation system. It cleans a 28-inch (71 cm) path with a 26.1-gallon solution tank and a 27.7-gallon recovery tank, about 2.5 hours between dump and refill. The 24 V system uses maintenance-free AGM batteries, and Nilfisk rates runtime at 4.5 to 5.5 hours depending on the application.
Three modes cover the work: CopyCat replicates a route mapped in a single run, Multi-Plan links up to six recorded plans per location tag, and Manual mode gives full control. An independent safety system with dual safety-rated sensors and drop-off sensors can stop the machine, and Nilfisk lists third-party certification to CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336-17. A wrap-around squeegee and rear polyurethane tires complete the design.
