“The FM810 ST is the standard version of Advance's orbital floor machine, and it earns its place in the small spaces an automatic scrubber can't reach: restrooms, corridors, offices and gym corners. The 14 x 20-inch rectangular pad gets into corners, and with the right pad it scrubs, removes finish without chemicals, cleans grout, bonnets carpet or abrades a floor for recoat.
What stands out is the down pressure for a compact machine. A 1.5 hp motor drives a 3,540 rpm orbital deck, and three 21 lb weights add up to the 160 lb of down pressure Advance quotes, so floors come clean in fewer passes. At 68 dB(A) it is quiet enough for occupied buildings, and a safety switch prevents accidental start-up.
The trade-off is that the ST keeps things basic: 5-inch wheels, wheels-up operation only, and the baseboard cleaner as an option. If your crews move the machine between sites daily or want burnisher-style forward-and-back driving, the FM810 XP adds the baseboard cleaner, 6-inch wheels with a wheels-down mode and a detachable handle.”

The Advance FM810 ST is a corded orbital floor machine with a 14 x 20-inch pad deck. A 1.5 hp motor drives the deck at 3,540 rpm with a 1/4-inch orbit, and three 21 lb weights give up to 160 lb of down pressure. It runs on 120 V through a 50 ft, 14/3 safety-yellow cord and is rated at 68 dB(A).
The standardized pad size lets the FM810 scrub small, hard-to-reach areas, remove floor finish without chemicals alongside Advance REV scrubbers, clean bathroom grout, prep gym floors for recoat, bonnet clean carpet and burnish terrazzo, marble and concrete. The ST has a safety switch against unintended start-up and 5-inch wheels for wheels-up operation; dust containment, solution tank and baseboard cleaner kits are optional.
