New Titan FlexSpray Handheld HVLP Sprayer
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“The FlexSpray Handheld is a compact, corded HVLP sprayer. A hand-held turbine supplies the atomizing air, and part of that air pressurizes the 1-quart container to feed the nozzle. Titan built it as a multi-tool for painting pros, so it suits maintenance teams who need to put a liquid down evenly on smaller areas without setting up a pump and hose.
What stands out is control. The two-stage trigger starts the turbine before the fluid, and the gun has a variable-speed air knob, an adjustable material flow control and adjusters for pattern width and direction. The Quick Change front end twists off for cleanup or for swapping to the red FineFinish front end, and everything packs into the included carry case with a shoulder strap.
The honest trade-off is that Titan's instructions are written for paints, stains and lacquers, and they list caustic solutions and acidic substances as unsuitable. Before running any cleaning or disinfecting chemical through it, check that product's label and SDS against Titan's material guidance; for routine disinfecting, a purpose-built disinfection sprayer is the safer choice.”

The Titan FlexSpray Handheld (model 0524093) is a hand-held, motor-operated turbine sprayer. The turbine supplies atomization air to the spray gun, and part of that air pressurizes the 1-quart stainless steel container to feed material through the suction tube to the nozzle. It runs on a nominal 120 V grounded circuit through a 14-gauge cord.
A two-stage trigger starts the turbine and then opens the fluid needle. The gun has a variable-speed air control, adjustable material flow and separate adjusters for pattern width and direction. The included FlexFinish front end with slot nozzle twists off with the Quick Change system, and the unit comes with a carry case, shoulder strap and two cleaning brushes.
