“The ReliaVac 16HP is the wide member of Advance's ReliaVac family, with a 16.5-inch intake nozzle for corridors, meeting rooms, restaurants and open office carpet where a 12-inch head means too many passes. It shares the HP package: an aluminum brush roll on ball bearings with replaceable bristle strips, driven by a 115 V, 7-amp motor.
Like every ReliaVac, it is built around easy service. The green impeller fan is made from a proprietary, ultra-durable plastic, and a clear fan cover shows a clog at a glance. A Dial-A-Nap knob sets six brush heights, dual side-suction ports help along edges, and large rear wheels roll easily over carpet. Debris goes into a 3.9-gallon top-fill bag, cloth or optional Microstat paper, and the 50-foot cord wraps on hooks.
It is a carpet machine and little else: no on-board tools, no HEPA filter, and the optional tool kit is listed for the 12-inch models only. If you need tools or HEPA exhaust, look at the Spectrum 15P or 18D instead.”

The Advance ReliaVac 16HP is a single-motor commercial upright vacuum with a 16.5-inch intake nozzle and a 115 V, 7-amp motor. Like the 12HP, it uses a high-performance aluminum brush roll with ball bearings and replaceable strips, and a Dial-A-Nap knob adjusts the brush to six heights for different carpet piles. Dual side-suction ports help clean along edges.
Debris goes into a top-fill collection bag rated at 14.8 L (3.9 gal), using the reusable cloth bag or optional Microstat paper bags. The green impeller fan is made from a proprietary plastic, and a clear fan cover shows blockages. A chrome-plated three-position handle, clear non-marking wrap-around bumper, large rear wheels and a 50-foot cord with wrap hooks complete the 18 lb vacuum.
