“The Advolution 20 is a corded 20-inch burnisher running at 1,500 rpm, for facilities that keep a gloss on hard floors without stepping up to a battery or propane machine. Advance lists healthcare, schools, hotels, religious and government facilities as its home turf, and at 62.1 dB(A) on Advance's spec sheet it is quiet enough to run while the building is occupied.
Two design points stand out. Flex Floor Technology mounts the motor on a pivot so the pad follows dips and contours in the floor, and a gas spring sets head pressure, so the shine depends less on how experienced the operator is. The 75-foot SuperFlex cord comes off a rotating hook all at once, SafeStart keeps it from starting unless the handle is in the operating position, and the EZ Store handle folds down for closet storage and pad changes.
The trade-off is dust. The Advolution 20 has no dust control, so plan on a dust-mop pass after burnishing. If that step matters, look at the Advolution 20XP, which adds passive dust control and runs at 2,000 rpm.”

Flex Floor Technology mounts the motor on a pintle so it pivots to follow floor contours, and a gas spring regulates head pressure for a consistent shine regardless of operator experience. Advance rates it at 62.1 dB(A).
A 75 ft safety yellow SuperFlex cord with a hospital-grade plug sits on a quick-release rotating hook that lets the full length off at once. SafeStart lets the machine start only with the handle in the operating position, and the EZ Store folding handle cuts storage space and gives easy access to the pad. An indicator light shows when carbon brushes need replacing, and the motor is electrically detachable for service.
