At this time, we can only assist with new machines purchased from Southeastern Equipment and Supply. If you purchased the machine elsewhere, please refer to who you bought it from or to the manufacturer. If it is is a demo or reconditioned machine and you are expirencing problems within the SES warranty period, please fill out the form below and we try to resolve your issues as soon as possible.
