“The Neptune 120H is a full-size portable carpet extractor that runs on a single cord. For in-house carpet care in hotels, schools, hospitals and offices, that matters: one outlet, one cord to manage, and 15-gallon tanks so you are not running to the sink every few minutes. U.S. Products built it for contractors, with a 120 psi on-demand pump, a 1000 W heater and a single three-stage vacuum motor.
Pick the machine only if you already own a carpet wand and hoses. Pick the package with the Trident 13-inch wand and 15-foot hose set if this is your first extractor or you’re replacing a worn-out kit. If you need more lift and higher pressure for heavily soiled carpet and can run two cords, look at the dual-motor Neptune 500H instead.”
A single-cord heated portable carpet extractor with 15-gallon tanks
The U.S. Products Neptune 120H is a heated portable carpet extractor for commercial carpet cleaning in hotels, schools, hospitals and offices. It cleans carpet and rugs with 120 psi of on-demand pressure and 1000 W of instant heat, and its 15-gallon solution and recovery tanks keep more of the shift spent cleaning instead of filling and dumping. U.S. Products now lists this machine, item 05-10001-001, as the Neptune 120H; earlier U.S. Products literature called it the Neptune 100.

Reading the model numbers: U.S. Products item 05-10001-001 is the machine alone, and 05-10001-100-K adds the Trident 13 in wand and 15 ft hose set. In the model name, 120 is the pump pressure in psi and H means heated.
