“The T350 is the machine to look at when a walk-behind is too slow for the floor but a sit-down rider won't fit the aisles. The operator stands on a platform at the back, so getting on and off to move a chair or pick up trash is quick, and the footprint stays close to a large walk-behind. Grocery and retail aisles, school cafeterias and hospital corridors are typical fits.

Choosing a package is mostly about deck width. The 20-inch single disc is the better choice for tighter spaces, and Tennant rates it at about 24,600 square feet an hour in practical use. The 24-inch dual disc pushes that to about 30,000 and, per Tennant, runs up to 4 hours on a charge versus 3.1 for the 20-inch. If you want to cut back on floor chemicals, the ec-H2O packages also come with the larger 240 Ah battery set.”

Tennant T350: a stand-on disc floor scrubber for large or crowded floors

The Tennant T350 is a battery-powered stand-on floor scrubber. The operator rides on a rear platform, so it covers floor at rider-scrubber rates while staying compact enough for aisles, cafeterias and other obstructed spaces. It comes with a 20 in (500 mm) single-disc deck or a 24 in (600 mm) dual-disc deck, a 14.1 gal (53 L) solution tank and an 18.4 gal (70 L) recovery tank. Tennant notes it cleans a variety of hard floor surfaces, including textured and grouted floors, and it can be ordered with ec-H2O NanoClean® technology.

Reading the model numbers: Packages ending in 1001D and 2001D have the 20 in deck; 1002D and 2002D have the 24 in deck. The 2000-series packages add ec-H2O NanoClean®, which converts water into a cleaning solution, and step up to the 240 Ah wet battery set, the longest-running option Tennant lists for the T350.
