New Timberline M-Series Rider Floor Scrubber
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“The Rider-M 28 Disk is for facilities that have outgrown a walk-behind. With 45 gallons of solution and 46 gallons of recovery, the operator spends more time scrubbing and less time refilling and dumping, and Timberline puts it at up to 4 hours of run time with a practical rate of about 18,000 square feet an hour. That is the range of a school district, a hospital, an airport concourse or a big-box store.
The 28-inch disk deck is the general-purpose, low-maintenance choice. Its two individually driven brushes take standard brushes or pads, so the same machine can run pads for daily cleaning and brushes for tougher or irregular floors. Controls are simple, with an easy scrub button and three pressure and three water settings, and the recovery tank tips back for battery access. RPS hand-builds it in Wisconsin on an all-steel frame with non-proprietary parts, which keeps service straightforward for any qualified technician.”
A 28-inch disk ride-on scrubber for large facilities
The Timberline Rider-M 28 Disk is a battery-powered ride-on floor scrubber built by RPS Corporation in Racine, Wisconsin, for large facilities such as schools, hospitals, airports and shopping centers. Its 28 in dual-disk deck takes brushes or pads for different floor types, and its 45-gallon solution and 46-gallon recovery tanks let it scrub for up to 4 hours on standard 240 Ah wet batteries. Timberline rates it at 38,500 sq ft/hr theoretical and 18,000 sq ft/hr practical productivity. The squeegee blades adjust without tools, and the whole machine is built on a steel frame.
Timberline options for the Rider-M include wet, AGM or lithium battery packages, a strobe, blue safety light and dual LED headlights for low-light areas, and a vac wand for picking up water in restrooms and under tables. The 17 in step-up height keeps getting on and off easy, and the recovery tank tips back for battery access.
