“The Rush 500 is a portable box extractor for restorative carpet and upholstery work: contract cleaners, hotels and in-house teams tackling heavy traffic lanes, stairs and spots a self-contained machine can't reach. It pairs up to 500 psi of solution pressure with dual 2-stage vacuum motors rated at 150 inches of water lift, and it comes with a 25-foot hose and a dual-jet stainless steel wand.
The detachable 2,000-watt heater is the standout. It mounts on the back, keeps heat out of the motor compartment and comes off for service. The 12-gallon solution and 11-gallon recovery tanks drain into a standard 5-gallon bucket, two screws open the machine for service, and large 10-inch rear wheels make transport and loading easier.
The trade-off is power planning. The extractor and heater each run on their own 50-foot cord, and each needs a separate 15-amp circuit, so check for two available circuits before every job. If you don't need heat or 500 psi, the Rush 100 Cold runs at 100 psi with no heater on a single cord.”

The Minuteman Rush 500 is a portable heated carpet extractor with up to 500 psi of solution pressure and dual 2-stage vacuum motors rated at 150 inches (3,810 mm) of water lift. It carries a 12-gallon (45 L) solution tank and an 11-gallon (42 L) recovery tank in polyethylene, on a 1/4-inch aluminum baseplate. Minuteman includes the wand and hoses in the package.
The detachable 2,000 W heater mounts outside the machine, which keeps heat away from the motor compartment and makes it easy to remove for maintenance. The motors are upright-mounted with an intercooler, the motor cavity is sealed, and two screws open the unit for service. The machine and heater run on dual 50-foot detachable twist-lock cords, each on its own 15-amp circuit.
