New Karcher Presto 3 Compact Carpet Extractor

Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)

“The Presto 3 is the machine you grab when a big extractor is overkill: a coffee spill in a hallway, a stained office chair, a spot on the stairs, or a booth seat in a restaurant. It holds two gallons, carries easily, and puts out enough suction to pull the water back out so spots dry faster and don't wick back. Housekeeping, maintenance staff and building service contractors can keep one on a cart or in a closet for daily spot work between scheduled carpet cleaning.

Both packages are the same machine. The standard Presto 3 comes with the standard hand tool and handles most carpet spotting. Step up to the Deluxe if you clean a lot of upholstery or work around walls and furniture: its Double Dry tool encloses the spray to prevent overspray and uses two vacuum ports for better water recovery.”

A portable 2-gallon spotter for carpet spots, stairs and upholstery

The Kärcher Presto 3 is a compact, portable spotter and mini extractor for removing spots and stains from carpet and fabric. Its two-gallon capacity and well-balanced, lightweight design make above-the-floor extraction easy, and a 1.16 hp vacuum motor with a pump gives aggressive cleaning and drying power. It accepts a range of accessory tools for small areas and upholstery, and a translucent recovery tank lets the user watch the recovery level. The Presto 3 Deluxe adds the Double Dry™ hand tool alongside the standard hand tool. It runs on standard 120 V power with a 25-foot cord, and the solution and vacuum hoses attach with quick connections.

Reading the model numbers: Both packages are the same Presto 3 machine (Kärcher 9.840-068.0 and 9.840-069.0). The Deluxe is the one to pick if you want the Double Dry™ tool for bi-directional cleaning and better water recovery.

Features:

• Convenient two-gallon capacity and a well-balanced design for quick spot and stain cleaning
• 1.16 hp vacuum motor with 85 in of water lift for strong recovery
• Accepts a variety of accessory tools for small areas and upholstery
• Translucent recovery tank shows the recovery water level
• Double Dry™ hand tool (Deluxe) uses an enclosed jet spray, dual vacuum ports and a built-in brush; its clear view shows cleaning results
