“The IVM 100/24-2 is for plants and warehouses that have outgrown a shop vac. It runs on 120-volt single-phase power (17.5 A max), so you don’t need a three-phase drop. You still get 313 cfm, 102 inches of waterlift and a 26.4-gallon steel container, which means you can clean up around production lines and under equipment before you have to empty it.
It’s NFPA 652 compliant, which matters for facilities that handle dust. The M-class pocket filter has mechanical cleaning, so operators can restore suction without pulling the filter out. Choosing a configuration is simple. Get the standard model for general dry dust and debris. Get the HEPA model when fine particulate has to stay out of the room air, for example in food plants, pharmaceutical and clean manufacturing, or where workers are close by. With a 33-foot cord and a 68 dBA sound level, you can run it during a shift without disrupting the people working around it.”
A single-phase industrial vacuum for dry dust and debris
The Kärcher IVM 100/24-2 is an intermittent-duty industrial vacuum for collecting fine and coarse dry material. It runs on 120 V single-phase power, collects into a 26.4-gallon (100 L) steel container and is used for housekeeping in manufacturing, warehousing, food processing and maintenance areas, on concrete, sealed and coated floors and around machinery. The motor head uses three high-performance turbines, a tangential inlet directs material into the container, and the machine switches off automatically at the maximum fill level. Choose standard or HEPA filtration depending on how fine the dust is and who is working nearby.
