“The B 50 W Bp O51 is the orbital-head version of Kärcher's 20-inch traction-drive walk-behind. It makes sense for schools, retail stores and healthcare buildings that scrub a mix of smooth and textured hard floors and want to strip with the same machine instead of switching to a floor buffer. Kärcher rates it at 65 dB(A), quiet enough for daytime work in occupied spaces.
What stands out is the O51 head. Kärcher says the orbital action uses up to 25% less water than a normal disc head, and the head is only 3.5 inches tall, which helps it reach under low fixtures. The die-cast aluminum deck and parabolic squeegee are built for daily use, and the 13.2-gallon solution and recovery tanks keep refills down.
The trade-off is weight: at 540 lb with batteries it is well over the 427 lb of the cylindrical R55 version. If most of your floors are grouted tile or need a pre-sweep, look at the B 50 W Bp R55 instead.”

It carries 13.2-gallon solution and recovery tanks, a 33.4-inch die-cast aluminum parabolic squeegee and a traction drive with a top speed of 3.7 mph. Kärcher lists a theoretical area performance of 32,938 sq ft/hr and an operating noise level of 65 dB(A).
The orbital head handles both scrubbing and stripping, and Kärcher says it uses up to 25% less water than a normal disc head. The head is 3.5 inches tall. The squeegee attaches with two quick-release clamps, and the recovery hose stays on its bracket for faster squeegee removal. Power comes from a 24 V AGM battery with an on-board charger that runs on 100-240 V.
