“The Jalapao HDS 4.7/35 Pe Cage is a heavy-duty hot water skid for mobile wash contractors, fleet and equipment yards, farms and plants that wash every day. An electric-start Honda GX630 drives a belt-driven Kärcher KT pump for 4.7 gpm at 3,500 psi, and an oil-fired burner provides the heat. This version, 1.575-604.0, uses a 120V AC burner.
What stands out is the industrial build. The open 1-1/4 in steel frame is made for bolting into a truck or onto a trailer, the engine and pump ride on a shock-mounted sub-frame with eight vibration isolators, and the belt is fully enclosed with TrueTrak tensioning. A 2.5 gal float tank handles soap and helps prevent pump cavitation, and steam combination is standard.
The trade-off is size and setup. Kärcher lists it at 890 lb crated, so this is a mounted machine, not one to roll around a shop. Kärcher also builds a 12V DC burner version (1.575-603.0), so compare the two before choosing.”

The Kärcher HDS 4.7/35 Pe Cage (1.575-604.0) is a Jalapao series oil-fired hot water skid with a 120V AC burner. A gasoline Honda GX630 engine (688 cc) with electric start powers a belt-driven Kärcher KT pump rated at 4.7 gpm and 3,500 psi. Steam combination comes standard, and the open frame is designed for mounting in a truck or on a trailer.
The frame is heavy-gauge 1-1/4 in powder-coated steel, and the engine and pump sit on a shock-mounted sub-frame with eight vibration isolators. Cast iron pulleys run inside an enclosed belt guard with TrueTrak belt tension. The machine also has a VRT100 unloader, a rupture disc rated to 7,000 psi, a 2.5 gal float tank, a 50 ft wire braid hose with extended guard and a control box with thermostat and hour meter.
