“The Jalapao HDS 4.7/35 Pe Cage is an industrial hot water skid built to bolt into a truck or onto a trailer, aimed at fleet washers, mobile wash contractors, heavy equipment yards and plants. An electric-start Honda GX630 turns a belt-driven Kärcher KT pump for 4.7 gpm at 3,500 psi, and an oil-fired burner heats the water. This version, 1.575-603.0, has a 12V DC burner.
What stands out is how it is built for daily duty. The engine and pump sit on a shock-mounted sub-frame with eight vibration isolators, the belt runs in an enclosed guard with TrueTrak tensioning, and a 2.5 gal float tank feeds soap and helps prevent pump cavitation. Steam combination comes standard, and a rupture disc rated to 7,000 psi protects the operator.
The trade-off is size. Kärcher lists it at 855 lb, so it needs a truck bed, trailer or fixed wash bay. Kärcher also builds this model with a 120V AC burner (1.575-604.0), so pick the burner setup that suits the site.”

The Kärcher HDS 4.7/35 Pe Cage (1.575-603.0) is part of the Jalapao series of oil-fired hot water skids. It delivers 4.7 gpm at 3,500 psi from a belt-driven Kärcher KT pump powered by an electric-start Honda GX630 gasoline engine (688 cc). This version uses a 12V DC burner. Steam combination comes standard, and the open frame is designed for mounting in a truck or on a trailer.
The frame is heavy-gauge 1-1/4 in powder-coated steel, and the engine and pump sit on a shock-mounted sub-frame with eight vibration isolators. Cast iron pulleys run inside an enclosed belt guard with TrueTrak belt tension. The machine also has a VRT100 unloader, a rupture disc rated to 7,000 psi, a 2.5 gal float tank, a 50 ft wire braid hose with extended guard and a control box with thermostat and hour meter.
