“The SG1 C Bp is for facility teams and contract cleaners who keep finding gum on entrances, sidewalks, plazas and carpeted floors and want it gone without dragging out a pressure washer or a cord. It is a backpack unit: a lithium-ion battery runs the electronics, and two low-pressure LPG cartridges heat a vegetable-based solution that is fed down the lance to a brush.
What stands out is how little setup it needs. There is no water hookup and no extension cord, the whole pack weighs 11 lb, and Kärcher rates it for stone, concrete and carpet. Brushes change quickly, with black stainless steel for hard surfaces and green polypropylene for carpet and fabric.
The trade-off is consumables. Each solution bottle lasts about two hours and a pair of gas cartridges about eight, so keep a service pack on hand, and the gas means it cannot be used in flammable or explosive areas. Kärcher also recommends a test patch on any new surface.”

The Kärcher SG1 C Bp (1.013-104.0) is a backpack gum remover. A lithium-ion battery powers the unit and two low-pressure LPG cartridges heat a biodegradable vegetable-extract solution, which is fed through the lance to the brush. The heated debonding agents dissolve the gum so it can be agitated loose and swept up, without water, cords or harsh residue.
Kärcher rates the SG1 C Bp for stone, concrete and carpet, and lists malls, schools, train stations, airports, hotels, hospitals and restaurants among its applications. The pack weighs 11 lb and measures 4.5 x 13 x 20.5 in. Shoulder straps, a hip belt and a chest strap carry most of the weight at the waist, and the speed control knob sets how much solution reaches the brush.
