“The BRC 30/15 C is a small-area extractor for spot work and tight spaces: hotel rooms, offices, entryways and the carpeted corners a big extractor can't reach easily. It has a 10.5-inch cleaning path, Kärcher describes it as a four-gallon machine, and the handle folds down so it fits in a car or van between jobs.
What stands out is how little it asks of the operator. A simple control panel runs it, the floating brush has Perform Alert wear indicators, and a wrap-around soft-sided bumper protects walls and furniture. The 1.5 hp, 3-stage vacuum motor is rated at 120 inches of water lift, and 10-inch non-marking wheels help with transport.
The trade-off is reach and run time. A 25-foot cord and roughly 4-gallon tanks mean frequent plug changes and refills on anything bigger than a few rooms, and the hose and hand tool kit for stairs and upholstery is sold separately. For corridors and open floors, a 16-inch machine like the Admiral X or Armada BRC 40/22 C is the better fit.”

The Kärcher BRC 30/15 C (1.008-058.0) is a compact, self-contained carpet extractor with a 10.5-inch cleaning path, a 4.6-gallon solution tank and a 3.9-gallon recovery tank. A 10-inch floating brush running at 1,160 rpm agitates the carpet, and a 1.5 hp, 3-stage vacuum motor with 120 inches of water lift recovers through a 12-inch cast aluminum vacuum shoe.
Kärcher designed it to need minimal service and to be easy to carry and transport. The solution tank has splash-back protection and a filter screen, the comfort-grip handle adjusts with one button and folds down for travel in any vehicle, and the machine rolls on 10-inch non-marking wheels. A wrap-around soft-sided bumper protects surfaces, and Perform Alert indicators show brush wear.
