“The Cadet 7 is a compact, self-contained carpet extractor for crews that deep clean offices, classrooms, hotel rooms and hallways on a schedule. It pairs a 15-inch brush and path with 7-gallon solution and recovery tanks, and Kärcher rates its practical productivity at 2,100 square feet per hour.
Recovery is where it does its work. A 1.5 hp, 3-stage vacuum motor with 120 inches of water lift pulls through a floating vacuum shoe that follows the contour of the carpet, while a 90 psi pump feeds two quick-change jets. The brush adjusts to eight cleaning positions plus a storage position, and the no-hose design keeps filling and emptying simple. Accessory tools connect to quick-connect ports for stairs and upholstery.
The trade-off is capacity. Seven gallons goes quickly in large open areas, so plan on more trips to the sink than with bigger machines. If you clean ballrooms or long corridors, the Clipper 12, with an 18-inch path and 12-gallon tanks, covers more ground per fill.”

It sprays diluted cleaning solution onto the carpet, agitates it with a 15-inch brush running at 1,000 rpm, and recovers it through a 17-inch cast aluminum vacuum shoe with spring-loaded down pressure.
A 1.5 hp, 3-stage vacuum motor rated at 100 cfm and 120 inches of water lift handles recovery, and a 90 psi diaphragm pump supplies two quick-change jets. The brush adjusts to eight cleaning positions and a storage position. Operator controls are intuitive and ergonomic, the no-hose design simplifies filling and emptying, and the machine runs on 115/120 V with a 50-foot cord.
