“This kit pairs the 220 psi Galaxy Pro 2700IX-HR with EDIC's Heat N'Run 2000-watt heater, a double-bend, dual-jet Glidemaster stainless steel wand with a Teflon glide, and a 25 ft hose assembly. It is aimed at facility crews and carpet cleaning contractors who want hot-water extraction and 17 gallons of solution per fill from a portable.

The extractor is the strong part of the package for a 220 psi machine: dual 3-stage vacuum motors rated at 190 inches of water lift and a 15-gallon recovery tank. The Glidemaster is the traditional stainless wand, with a 12-inch head, a 1200 psi brass angle valve and a low-profile, angled head that reaches under furniture and overhangs. The heater hangs on brackets on the back and keeps its heat out of the motor compartment.

The trade-off is power planning: EDIC wants the heater and the extractor on separate circuits. If wand weight matters to your operators, compare this with the 2700IX-HRH-TK kit, which uses EDIC's 6.5 lb Triton instead of the 7.4 lb Glidemaster.”

The EDIC 2700IX-HRH-WK kit is built on the Galaxy Pro 2700IX-HR heat-ready portable extractor: a 17-gallon solution tank, a 15-gallon recovery tank, a 220 psi pump and dual 3-stage vacuum motors with 190 inches of water lift and 91 CFM. The extractor runs on a 50 ft detachable cord and weighs 95 lb.

The kit includes EDIC's Heat N'Run 2000-watt external heater with its own 50 ft cord, a Glidemaster double-bend, dual-jet stainless steel carpet wand with a Teflon wand glide, and a 25 ft vacuum hose with high-pressure solution line. The Glidemaster has a 12-inch head, 60-inch length and 1.5-inch polished stainless vacuum tube, and weighs 7.4 lb.
