“This kit is EDIC's ready-to-work package around the 17-gallon Galaxy Pro 2700CX-HR, built for carpet cleaning contractors and facility crews who want hot-water extraction from a portable. It pairs the 500 psi extractor with a 2000-watt Heat N'Run external heater, a Glidemaster stainless steel carpet wand and a 25 ft vacuum hose and solution line.
The Glidemaster is the traditional choice: a 12-inch, dual-jet, S-bend stainless wand with a 1.5-inch polished stainless vacuum tube, a 1200 psi brass angle valve and a Teflon glide that helps it slide across the carpet. The low-profile, angled head reaches under furniture and overhangs. The heater hangs on the back of the extractor, keeps its heat out of the motor compartment and comes up to temperature in about 1.5 to 3 minutes.
Plan for power before the first job: the extractor needs a 20 amp circuit, and EDIC says the heater must plug into a separate outlet on a separate circuit. At 7.4 lb, the Glidemaster is heavier than the 6.5 lb Triton in the 2700CX-HRH-TK kit.”

The EDIC 2700CX-HRH-WK kit combines the Galaxy Pro 2700CX-HR heat-ready portable extractor with a 2000-watt Heat N'Run external heater, a Glidemaster double-bend, dual-jet stainless steel carpet wand with Teflon glide, and a 25 ft vacuum hose and high-pressure solution line. The extractor has 17-gallon solution and 15-gallon recovery tanks, a pump adjustable up to 500 psi, and dual 3-stage vacuum motors with 190 inches of water lift.
The Heat N'Run heater mounts on built-in brackets and runs on its own 50 ft power cord. The Glidemaster wand has a 12-inch head, 60-inch length and 1.5-inch polished stainless vacuum tube, weighs 7.4 lb, and uses a 1200 psi brass angle valve. The extractor weighs 104 lb, draws 17.1 amps and requires a 20 amp circuit.
