Reconditioning Process
Each unit is thoroughly pressure washed and cleaned both inside and out. All of the wearable parts are replaced, including the vacuum motor and batteries (see partial list of parts replaced below). Each unit is serviced to factory specifications and all needed maintenance is completed. Metal parts and other cosmetic pieces are painted and prepped to look clean and presentable. Electric motors are torn down and rebuilt with new carbon brushes, bearings and armatures as needed. Drive wheels and casters are replaced or refurbished. The squeegee assembly is disassembled and rebuilt with all new blades and other new parts. All functional aspects of the units are then tested and the units are test run prior to shipping. Each unit is then crated on specially made pallets and shipped to its destination.
