Description   Gulper 18PS and 18P Models The 18PS model has a 3-stage vac motor, standard 28" front-mounted squeegee and 50-ft. safety yellow power cord.  The 18P model features a 2-stage vac motor, deluxe metal tool kit, and 35-ft. safety yellow power cord. Both models have a capacity of 18-gal. and have rugged polyethylene housings with a sturdy built-in handle. Large rear wheels for easy transport.
